Videoverse Terms of Service
Effective date: January 15, 2024
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Videoverse, a YouTube management platform maintained by the Videoverse team. By creating a workspace or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Account & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Videoverse.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
- If you connect a YouTube channel, you confirm you have the authority to grant Videoverse the requested permissions.
Acceptable use
- You will comply with all applicable laws, YouTube terms, and Google API policies.
- Do not use Videoverse to spam, mislead viewers, or infringe on the rights of others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Subscription & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time with service continuing until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual property
Videoverse retains all rights to the service and brand assets. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to process it for the operation of the app.
Disclaimers
Videoverse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific channel performance outcomes or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Videoverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
